Hidilyn Diaz the Tokyo Gold Medallist in Weightlifting category is now a millionaire. She's been from rags to riches. Last week ago , she was the magazine model named Tatler during it's Golden Anniversary.
She received more than 70 million pesos from government and private sectors. She was also awarded cars vans, house and lots and condominium. Then the latest the 4 of them will be the face of the Philippines postal stamps.
She brought glory and fame to the country Philippines for bringing home Olympic Gold Medal first time in the history of Olympics. We owe this to Greeks. Thanks for reading, be back tonight. I have online classes from 1:30-6:00.Hi there? Keep safe all, bye and good aftie from Philippines.

@arunima25, so true all nations, but Hidilyn is exceptional because she breaks the record of the Philippines after 97 years, first time to receive a Gold medal in an Olympic tournament.

@rakski, no, she will compete in the 2024 Paris Olympics. She will also compete in the World Games. It will be so exciting when that day comes for many expect the Pole Vaulter EJ and Gymast Caloy Yulo and Hidilyn again and the boxers to bring home gold medals. There will be many of them to compete from Philippines in Paris Olympics 2024.

@DianneN, thanks for feeling her success. She has indeed brought glory to my county and people. It's not easy to reach a gold medal during Olympics for their competitors are coming from giant nations like United States and the silent giant China

All of our athletes participated in Tokyo games have receive their respective incentives but our medalists received millions and other kinds of give away but she have the biggest to receive because of the gold medal. I hope the likes of Yulo, Obiena and hopefully the same contenders for boxing in 2024 games in Paris will claim gold medals too.

@ZedSmart, Obiena made it to Gold in his recent competition and he will be rewarded 1.5 million. I hope Caloy will win a pricesless medal in 2022 Olympics. Yes all of them received rewards despite received no gold as long as psrt of the Tokyo Olympics. I'm so excited for the 2022 Olympics.

@cacay1 I have high hopes for Caloy. His performance in vault was impressive. EJ on the other hand rewarded cash incentives lately for breaking natioanal records? It also historic because he broke the Asian records for clinching the 5.93m mark.
