Isn't it frustrating when your internet connection is on and off?

Nowadays, internet is important part of our lives. It's almost use for everything and a stable internet connection is necessary even if it's for personal use more so for commercial. My connection today is bad and to be able to share my sentiment with you is I use my phone data which is not that good also. I contacted our provider's hotline and the only help they're able to extend me is to go with their social media pages to report the issue. I hope they'll able to restore the line whatever disturbances it may have caused.

It can be really annoying. Hope it is fixed soon. Internet has become like a necessity in these times especially since the pandemic.

That is bad customer service. They don't have rep to log a report but to do it ok their FB page.

that is really true. nowadays, they do not have much customer service to talk to and all complaints go to their messenger or twitter

An unstable internet connection would sure frustrate me especially since I am now working from home. I hope that the problem gets resolved sooner

I'm glad it's back right now. Maybe the provider's team acted it immediately after I reported the problem to them.However, I no longer received feedback from them but that's OK, what's important is it's back now for good.

two days ago I had the same problem. My internet service provider had a problem with the submarine cable. I couldn't work because of that problem. I'm very stressed thinking about it.

I think if we use the internet for work, it's better if we have a back up connection if other fails

so sorry to hear that, feel the same situation here. beside of my work i attend to online class, and it's already been 2 days the connection is unstabled. when i used zoom as my media for online class, it often the video suddenly stop and just hear the speaker's voice. yes of course it was really annoying for me :(
