Decongestants Removed from Cold Medicines

Is this just a California thing, or the whole United States? I used to love NyQuil. Now I have a really bad cold and that stuff does nothing! I have resorted to eating very hot peppers as decongestants. Tylenol has something that's behid the counter, but Tylenol products never really worked for me. So I'm not sure what we're supposed to do now. What do you think about the removal of decongestants? I think that meth is made in other countries now anyway and it won't become any harder to get. Instead, this will just make those of us with colds suffer!
