Bitter test of tongue

I am facing problem of bitter test on tongue. We have this problem when we have fever. I have not fever but I have digestion problem . It may be possible that I have this problem because of digestion problem. Any one have this problem?

It generally happens in fever or when you have digestion issue and acid reflux. Acidity can cause that bitterness. Consulting a doctor would be good
