I don't know what made me think of this topic, but thought that I would ask... because tons of memories started to come back suddenly. For example, we had to all collect our mother's stockings so that we could braid them to create a mat for us to sit on. That had to be a lot of stockings lol.. I also remember what I was a Kelpie and I managed to get every badge except semephor... I can't even spell it lol... Just couldn't master that regardless of how hard I tried. ;) Now it's your turn. Can't wait to hear your stories!!!

In my country, these kinds of things are not common, once they offered to participate in my school but I could not, it was also a bad experience for the children, I appreciate not having participated.

I honestly don't know who was in charge of Brownies and Boys Scouts... but I kind of think that it was all volunteers.

I was in girl scout while in primary school. One of the activity was to visit houses, do chores and collect payment. Those payment will be donated to charity. I also learn to tie the knots and all that.

We lived out of town and there was no way there'd be extra trips for such frivolities! lol But both our sons were in Cubs and Scouts. It's a great organisation.
