I always prepare mochas mixing espresso with hot chocolate. The calories from the hot chocolate really do accumulate.
A few days ago, I thought to myself, why not espesso with Sweet n Low?
Then, I thought, how many calories are in espresso, seeming doubtful.
I contacted Infusiocoffee.com who I buy my espresso K-cups from and was told 0 calories. As a matter of fact, I was told that none of their products have any calories
I told the coffee company that I now like their espresso even more!
0 calories? Woo Hoo
2 Sweet n Low = 4 calories
No more worries about consuming too many calories!

Chocolate can be purchased as a flavoring. No different than vanilla, caramel, or various fruit flavorings.

@kobesbuddy Yes. There are sugar-free liquid coffee creamers, sugar-free non-dairy coffee creamers, sugar-free coffee syrups, all with flavor available. etc.

I do not know whether or not espresso is a "diet" drink. All I know is that espresso has 0 calories.
