Nope... can't go by a day without using my phone. especially my mobile phone. It has been a way of life for me.
just like you, im far from my family too and i do send sms and call them even just for a minute everyday.

its more of a need now than a luxury. unlike a few years back when not all people can really afford to get one. i can still remember years ago when its too costly to make mobile phonecalls.

yeah! you're right man. it's an important communication gadget like my pc. i use it a lot in my work too besides that it has a lot of features i can benefit with like alarm, reminders, calculator, music player..etc.. i could possibly forget other things when im on the go but not my cellphone.

yes i can.. But before my cp is always with me.. even when im in bathroom.. hehehe but now i can spend my week without that.. as long as im in front of my PC... hehehe

hahaha..thats really true.some people are really attached to their mobile that they carry it everywhere they go.but you still can send sms online though, so you dont really need the mobile if you're online. unless if you want to make a call of course.

I can go by a day without using the phone only if I'm at home for the whole day. But when I'm out, I don't think I let go of my cellphone. You never know when emergencies may arise and it's hard to find public payphones nowadays (here in the Philippines).

i can live without cellphone now because my husband is using it at work, hehe. i'm just staying athome so it's fine to use a landline phone. no one's calling me everyday though just my sister, my niece and some of my friends but then i am the one who usually calls them sometimes:) but if you talk about without internet i will agree with you, so addicted now! lol! +.+
