how to cheer up yourself?

Today, I feel I have reached the point of saturation of life. I'm also tired of encouraging myself, I often say to always be grateful for what I have. however, when I repeatedly face failure it hurts. I don't even know who to tell, people around me may have bigger problems, therefore, I prefer to remain silent. In your opinion, what should be to do, to encourage yourself when you fail? pict:google

Take a break...spend time with yourself ..if you are not comfortable being with others..

We all come through such situations in our life. I take a break and distract myself by taking a walk, doing some artwork or just listening to some music. You can find your way.

When failures keep coming one after another it’s difficult to convince yourself that things will be ok and still be grateful. Take some times off. Try to talk to a friend. If you could go somewhere where you could at least enjoy a bit, do it.

Failure is the part of life. We all come through such phases in life where we feel it's the end but it's not. We just try to stay strong, be calm and think about what to do next to improve our situation. Take care

When I have problems and feel like that I can't take it anymore, I just cry. Crying while talking to God is the most self cheering up.

I tell myself it's okay to cry and let out all the feeling, but I promise myself after I cry I must get ready to face this life. I use guided meditation/hypnosis to help me feeling more relax, reading motivational books, or talk with others. There are counseling and support groups I think you can talk with them without fear of being judged.

I often experience things like that. No matter how many times I try to think positively to myself I still feel bad. When I experience things like that I can only accept those bad feelings until I fall asleep.
