Banks desperate me

I have been trying to activate a credit card for three days, it is the first time I have one and the first day I called the office for help, but they made me block my own bank account so I had to go to the office yesterday and today they announced to me that they blocked me again "for security reasons." Hahaha I'm very stressed about having the burden of unlocking accounts and people who work in banks don't really help. How are you doing with these types of processes? I am very inexperienced

I've never had any problems with banks and credit cards. Nothing I couldn't fix, anyway.

Do they not have customer service representatives in that bank. I think they should be able to assist. Try to have a meeting with one of the customer service representative

Yes, I spoke with the customer service representatives and they gave me wrong instructions , which is why my account was blocked: S

@Entropa123 that's so bad and I always thought that customer service representatives are expetienced. Have you been able to sort out the problem.

I never had any problem activating credit card online.. someone at the back should help you on how to go about it step by step, being it's your first time.. If they help you set up your online banking, then it would be easier for you..

I never had a problem. I hope you can find a credit card and a good bank that won’t block you. Establishing credit in your own name is so important.
