Sultanas

I always thought there were seeds in sultanas but seems they too are seedless like the raisins. Sultanas are larger in size and the process to dry them is different from raisins.
It is ages since I have had sultanas. Who can resist dry fruits and nuts? - figs, raisins, prunes, dates..........I have tasted the medjool dates which are huge in size and expensive too I am not fond of almonds but prefer roasted peanuts.
What is your choice?

@sjvg1976 I know you have to eat everything in a measured way.

@allknowing not daily. Being diabetic I don't eat dry fruits often.
