Highway movie was released in the year 2014, it was about a girl who gets kidnapped and how she explorers and discovers her inner self during the road journey on Highway. The song Patakha Guddi is a mixed bag of emotions.. happiness, sadness, feeling of detachment, liberty, surrender to nature, and what not. Yes, it is indeed, like most of Imtiaz Ali movies, Rockstar, Tamasha, etc...again this movie showcased inner conflicts and how society reacts to it.
