Do you like stir fried Eggplant and String beans?

Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening to all my dear mylotters
I woke up in a very nice weather. Sunny and cool air. I had a great morning walk and a dancing exercise and as always will have another walk and dancing exercise 
Today, I can`t think of anything to prepare but when I saw that we have some eggplants and string beans. Then, I thought about having it today for dinner. A stir fried Eggplant and String beans. I will just have to fry it with garlic and onion. Sprinkle it with salt and pepper. Then, I can serve it with a Broccoli Rice or steamed rice whichever you like. 
How about you my dear mylotters? Do you like stir fried Eggplant and String beans? What are you having for today?

@m_audrey6788 I make it and enjoy it. We do add a bit of grated coconut on the top for garnishing. It adds to the flavour and taste.

That`s ok. Glad to know that you like string beans. It is also nice to stir fry it with ground meat. Do you like it with meat?

I will always like egg plants. But have not tried it with string beans. But that was a great idea. I'll gonna try it
