We had the opposite...started with sun, turned to clouds, then it rained and had a thunderstorm and wind in the afternoon.
Today it's a beautiful sunny blue sky kind of day

I'm not sure if you want 9/22 or 9/23; but 9/23 was a chilly 56 degrees with showers. Brrrrrr. I stayed indoors.
