"Through wars and rumors of wars
Still You are sovereign
Still You are Lord
Above the confusion
Your covenant stands
For You have not
Not for a moment
Abandoned Your promise to save"
I really like this song, especially the words, and the music is lovely.
Even if the mountains fall into the sea, our God doesn't change. He is still in control, and He still loves us fearlessly through His Grace and Mercy.
Do you like this song? It may be a little slow for some people.

All throughout Calvary and the Crucifixion was mayhem bewildering. Much like what is happening all over the world now. Evil persists in every corner.
Yet, through it all, there at the foot of the Cross was peace undaunting. From the gospel of John:
"25 So the soldiers did this. But standing by the cross of Jesus were his mother, and his mother’s sister, Mary the wife of Clopas, and Mary Magdalene. 26 When Jesus saw his mother, and the disciple whom he loved standing near, he said to his mother, “Woman, behold, your son!” 27 Then he said to the disciple, “Behold, your mother!” And from that hour the disciple took her to his own home."
That is an assurance we will be cared for.
As for the song, the instruments overpower the voice. The singer also does not pronounce the lyrics well. Perhaps my appreciation will improve on second listening. I closed my eyes the first time so I didn't see the video.

Wow, thank you for replying. Yes, we should pray for the world today and for those who are in charge.

@misunderstood_zombie A good discussion you wrote there. Pleasure responding.
The world leaders are in jeopardy. The global citizens are in a state of disarray and unrest. The strongman stance are nauseous. Speeches have become irrelevant.
The disasters and the pandemia only highlighted the suffering of the homeless and the displaced. The ordinary people are threatened by hunger.
We do need to pray. Those in charge have heavy tasks on their plate. Time on target is 2030. To reverse what has been wrong. Otherwise, we could be doomed.
The good news is, Generation Zee has been activated. The teens are on the news - fighting for their future.
Our God has heard our prayers.

It sounds very nice they are very good.
What is the Passion church like what religion is it?
Just Christian?
Why would you not trust their teachings, just curious?

I'm so silly, I was thinking of Bethel Church(Bethel Church has a band associated with it) I'm glad you brought this up because I took that out of my post. Sorry! Passion is actually not associated with a church but is made up of many well known musicians. Sometimes, I start to worry about my brain a little, or maybe I should worry a lot.
