Regarding the Happify App and Facebook Ads

Have you tried Happify on Google Play? Just seen an ad on Facebook, which prompted me to check out the Happify app on Google Play. I'm not sure how effective the app is, regarding de-stressing, but, I'm pretty sure that Facebook ads are effective for advertisers. lol.. If you have tried the Happify app, can you share your thoughts about it here? Thanks. (And you probably can admit it, right? You thought about Spotify.. as well, just now. ) lol..
