Need Some Encouragement Regarding Becoming Successful on Sites Like Redbubble

My passion is creating products with my designs on them, on sites like Redbubble and Zazzle. However, it seems that I could be publishing my stuff on there, forever-and-a-day, before I see any earnings for my effort. So, if you are an artist and a member of those great sites, can you offer any tips or encouragement, enlightening me, as to how to be successful as an artist there? That would be wonderful..
