A happy morning walk..

Good morning from this side of the planet
. It's 10:15 AM as I write this post. It is a sunny bright morning
with pleasant cool breeze. A perfect day for outdoors activities. But then it's a workings Monday and one can not step out.
If the perfect weather continues, I might do some gardening later after lunch. I plan to take the weeds out of at least 40 pots. I have a total of 150 pots. So,if the perfect weather continues, I can finish them all in three days. Rainy season is a heaven for weeds And I see that my chillies are doing good. And I expect to get a good harvest today
So, I plan to get my hands dirty in mud. If I still have energy, I would plant a few seeds of tomatoes and turnips in seed tray. The earlier ones planted a week back are coming out and then would need to be transferred to pots in few days. I should be harvesting spinach and amaranthus in another two three days and those pots would be free to receive these tomatoes saplings. Well, all things go in a cycle.
I need to order a few things for my garden today.
I was happy to seen sunrise today after a long. Though clouds were still there, we could see the orange fuzzy sun and it was beautiful
And I was super happy to go out for a morning walk with my family. My daughters took their cycles. So, we took turns to walk and cycle. A good 50 minutes of outdoor exercise for everyone.
I could not click the picture of sunrise. But I did click these bright flowers in our apartment campus.

It sounds like you are having a lovely day, so far. The flowers are beautiful.
We've started bring in potted plants from the front porch and yard. We don't want to lose any of them to the chilly nights now. Our bell peppers are still producing and we want to see if they'll keep producing over the winter inside. Pretty wants to harvest her lemon grass... but I'm not sure what she wants to do with it. (What, if anything, do you use lemon grass for?)

@DaddyEvil Lemongrass can be drink similar like tea. Everheard lemongrass tea? its warm and if winter is coming in, then it will be nice to drink it in winter

So far so good. It's 2:30 PM and a lot has been done. Now I am tired and want to relax with mylotting. I don't want to fall for nap. I have got a parent teacher meeting to attend at 3:30 for my elder daughter.
Lemongrass can be used in tea. Also you can add it to green smoothies if you make any with green leaves and fruits. Taking these green smoothies the first thing in morning is good for nutrients absorption and alkalizes the body, so it's good for detoxification.

@Vree0937 Lemongrass tea is actually very good for health. One has to make sure that the Lemongrass os not boiled too much as it kills the nutrients that this super green has. Boil the water, switch off the stove, then add some of these lemongrass and close the lid for two minutes. Filter and drink.

@kearabilwe Our apartment complex has beautiful landscaping and is very green and well maintained. I get wonderful views from all my three balconies. And I have a personal beautiful terrace garden next to my master bedroom. So I am blessed with a lovely view there too.

Those are pentas. Right? I have one that is two toned and have multiplied them and have a few pots.

@arunima25 I identified them both from the cluster and leaves. They are pentas. Pentas come in white, red and pink too. What I have has two shades white and pink

@arunima25 Never a dull moment. lol
The procedure didn’t hurt at all, so I booked another appointment in early December. It takes about three treatments and 6 months to notice an improvement. Then one treatment a year.
We had to babysit suddenly for the week in New Jersey for our grandkids. There went MyLotting, but it was blissful!

@arunima25 Nope, this is tropical country, the coolest day we can get is 22 degrees celcius. But cooler days means range 26-28 degrees. at least not reach to above 30.

I am diabetic and I never skip my exercise. My yoga and Pranayam help me a lot. You should start it soon with all safety in place. We need to step out in fresh air. We need it even for our mental and emotional health.

I did an hour of gardening and could finish some weeding, around 30 pots in a row. Taking the weeds out, loosening the soil, and adding some manure. That was good enough for today.
