Happy Monday Everyone! it's a sunny day here today and looks like a very nice day ahead. It's too chilly to sit outside right now but maybe later I'll enjoy some fresh air when it warms up a little. These early morning cooler temperatures are right up my alley. I love cooler weather and feel as if I have more energy. The heat and humidity just suck the life out of me. Today is cleaning day for me. I didn't do that much over the weekend so I'll be dragging out the vacuum as well as my steam mop for both the kitchen and bathroom floors. Dusting is in there somewhere too. I already have my clothes in the wash and it's nice that my daughter will throw them in the dryer since she's right by the laundry room. She wants to cook dinner tonight so you know I'm happy with that Chicken and broccoli over rice is on the menu. She had a great time apple picking and going out for dinner for her friends birthday. Even her friends kids had a ball and were eating the apples right off the trees. How lucky am I? she brought home a bag of apples, some cider donuts and some Linzer tarts (which are my favorite). Yes I indulged in all those sweet goodies. I'll have an apple with my breakfast but right now I'm having my coffee and planning on spending some time here before I get into the house work. Can you believe we're only a few days ago from months end??
