This is my favorite bread snack. This one just taste ordinary because the ingredients use are not special. It is soft like cake. It has margarine and sugar. It is rolled. It can also be made to other flavors like ube or coffee. Do you have pianono too?

@LadyDuck That's sounds delicious. First time to know about hazelnut flour. This bread we buy in the market is not sophisticated. It's a cheaper version. There are expensive version of pianono

@averygirl72 It is a sponge cake that you can fill with a simple jam or with a more sophisticated filling. I prepare a sponge cake adding hazelnut flour and I prepare the filling with white chocolate mousse.
