Do you like Chicken Macaroni Salad?

Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening to all my dear mylotters
I woke up in a very nice weather. Sunny and cool air. I had a great walk in the morning and dancing exercise 
I will have another walk later in the evening to enjoy the nice weather
Today, I will just prepare a very simple dish. Chicken Macaroni Salad. You just have to air fry the chicken and then manually grind it. Then boil some macaroni noodles with sprinkle of salt and oil. After drain the water, put it in a bowl mix the grind chicken with fried carrots in cubes and Mayonnaise or any salad dressings you like to mix it with. Then you can also mix boiled eggs if you like. Then, serve and enjoy

Ah.. another Filipino favorite... there was never a Christmas Day morning without some in the fridge as far as I can remember. It's convenient and easy to prepare in case some guests drop by early and the main dishes are still cooking. I like it with leftover ham from the " notche buena" ( Christmas midnight dinner)

If that's cold, I wouldn't eat it. I don't like cold pasta.

@m_audrey6788 it is my mom that makes it. Not that often. Back in the day, we would have it at least once a momth. Nowadays, we have potato salad more than chicken salad.

I do it once in a while. I also make it with canned tuna. An easy dish and enough so that you don´t have to eat more.

@m_audrey6788 The word salad makes me think of something light but there are several salads that I eat as main dishes.

If I put a protein in my macaroni salad, it is usually tuna. I have had chicken it it though, it is good.
