It's National Coffee Day

Finally a day I can totally celebrate!!! I'm already having my second cup and enjoying it even more that it's a bona fide coffee drinkers holiday.
I made my own coffee this morning but I know some places are giving away free coffee in honor of it being National Coffee Day.
As most of you know every day is coffee drinking day for me. It's my only reason to get out of bed in the morning (joking)
Aside from the coffee talk it's a beautiful sunny day here today. The lawn crew is here doing the mowing. Otherwise I'd be sitting outside enjoying my coffee. It's just too loud and all the newly mowed grass makes me sneeze.
The temperatures dropped during the night and it did get a bit chilly. Tonight I have to remember to throw a blanket on my bed because I was just a wee bit cold during the night but too lazy to get up and get a blanket. I love sleeping in colder temperatures and being all snuggled up under warm blankets.
Guess it's time to start thinking about warmer clothes and go through my closet and see what I have left from last year.
Nothing exciting planned for today but I always find something to do.

Yea for coffee day!
I'm having a great day at work today, I'm just on my lunch break now.
We were playing trivia thru our instant messaging system, I was either highest for points or second highest so I should be getting something good at the end of the day. That is the excitement for my day today.

@Marilynda1225 Nope, they continued it today, and we were super busy, so I kept my nose to the grindstone and did my work and kind of left the trivia.

I had read about ginger and lemon being healthy and already knew honey was so I just combined them. It's kinda tart but I prefer tart to sweet anyway.

I won't change to my heavier comforter for a few weeks. Right now I have a lightweight quilt which works good as the weather changes

I like cooler temperatures too. It's rainy season now in Hawaii. I only had essential shopping today. Didn't get my pine nuts though, ... 2 stores, Target & Walmart, were out. But today nice and sunny and hopefully tomorrow too, sunny. Got to get my pine nuts.

@Marilynda1225 we actually don't have free coffee in our offices. so it is either pay for it, and make it at home or pay for it at work!
