Soon September will be over. October will be here. I hope it brings cool weather. Today is like a July day, too warm for me.
But I am still enjoying this Eeyore card I received from Shay, a friend here on myLot.
Life is funny. It often throws things your way. Then it is up to you to either throw it back, deal with it, or just accept.
I decided to throw it back. No time for negative or drama here. I will enjoy the little things, no matter what.
My choice has been made.

There are so many big, pressing things in this world that we kind of do have to embrace the little things. Otherwise, all is lost-- even if we are able to and do manage to fix those big things. That is true both on the political as well as personal level. *Sigh*

We need to be very careful, some things we consider drama is someone hurting badly. Instead of entering into their pain, words of encouragement give them a hand to grip onto, to lift them out of their depression. October is a beautiful month in Michigan. We've had scorching weather in the fall season, many times. This morning it was 45degrees down by Lake Huron, I love it this way! The joy of the Lord is my strength, today and every day Shay is a beautiful friend!

@CarolDM And I've been trampled on, by people who supposedly love me. I was betrayed. Thus, my guard is always kept high, to ward off those vicious attacks.
