Pfizer Booster 2021

It took something like OWS to get this done. I don't care who. Trump initiated Operation Warp Speed. And Pfizer came out with the vaccine. Joe Biden carried it off and now we have some level of protection from COVID and that dreadful DELTA VARIANT. One young lady, in line in front of me at a local CVS said she was getting her first dose of the Pfizer vaccine. I told her I was getting the Booster. I told her not to worry about bad side effects. People still have to abide by the rules when in retail stores. I see the sign on the door that reads, TO PROTECT YOURSELF AND OTHERS and shows the image of a face mask and the floor markers for 6 feet to social distance. so, even though I recieved my 3rd (BOOSTER) shot a few days ago, I still wear a mask when in retail stores. I don't go anywhere much these days but we do have to get out to shop for needful things. One thing however, I did feel a bit groggy later in the afternoon, the day we both recieved our booster shots. I took an afternoon nap and woke up feeling like I needed to drink coffee or somthing to get back in the groove. I spent about an hour raking leaves. The sunshine and exercise do wonders.

Both of us are happy about it. I felt a bit groggy the first day and did take a nap in the afternoon on that day, but we had actually gone shopping at Walmart, right after getting the booster and we enjoyed the time just being out of the house and enjoying shopping.

If only my older brother and younger brother were doing well, I would be so much happier. Thanks for the good words.

It is going to be better. It has to. Already there is a major shortage of manpower in the trucking industry, resulting in a block in the supply chain from over seas shipping of cargo goods from abroad. The economy has to move forward and people need to get their initial vaccinations so we can eventually stop having to wear masks. But when exactly? So far I see a possible December surge, due to travel and mass gatherings. It seems like super spreaders are being done by politicians and that is a real problem.

@lookatdesktop I am thinking that they need to make driving a more attractive industry, in the UK the hours are long, the pay not brilliant and when they are on the road there is little in the way of clean, secure facilities like food and showers

I'm glad you received the booster. I don't know if Moderna will come out with one.

Eventually, I believe they all will come out with boosters that have been finally supported and allowed by the CDC and the FDA. It's a matter of time.
