I feel the world is in very badly in need of a vaccine which could end the sexual desire in man. This vaccine could be injected to rapists, molesters, stalkers etc... This does not prevent the crime itself, but could surely reduce it. Since there could be any number of stalkers and molesters who could turn into rapists one day, such a vaccine could prevent many future rapes. Apart from this, sex starved men could also voluntarily take the vaccine. This could be a boon to such people.
