An unofficial holiday I can get behind. I think I'll be making Gluten-Free Boston Cream Pie Cookies. So what is everyone's favorite cookie and are you planning on baking cookies today?

Are you gluten intolerant? My husband has been for a couple of years and I generally eat whatever I cook for him. Those Boston Cream Pie cookies sound interesting! I would guess they're similar to Boston cream pie, but gluten free in a cookie form?
