I wake up every morning believing that today will be better than yesterday. Guess what. It is.
The mind is a wonderful thing. It can turn situations into not bad when a few minutes before it was terrible. It can make you think good things when in the middle of a mess. It an do wonderful things for your life.
" The emotional brain responds to an event more quickly than the thinking brain."
I find that quote to be so very true. I think that you can train your brain to be positive rather than negative. People seem to lead with their heart, so to speak. I think that positivity it so much better for you emotional health.
Hope every one out there is happy, healthy, and safe.

That is so true. Back when i was a university student, I was in a very stressful situation and I lost all hope. What i did was to stay calm. Then when i was emotionally stable, i stood up and face the situation bravely and the end result was way much better if not the greatest!

In my situation I could be so negative and depressed; but I still manage to keep a sunny (kind of) outlook. Good for you!

It’s wonderful to have a choice to be happy, mad, glad or sad.

I also get up believing that today will be better than yesterday and all the days ahead even better. I like to think I'm a positive person.
Hope you have a good day today
