People usually not believe if we told them that they're snoring. That's what my aunty said. So one day, I took video recording (in the dark). She so surprise on how loud it sound. We both laugh on that recording. And after that delete it.
Have anyone of you have relative or friend that snore so loud? any solutions to reduce it sounds? I do not known any.

The most effective solution i found was to diffuse a combination of orange and valor essential oil.

My late husband said he needed to lay on his back to fall asleep. But he would start snoring loudly after a few minutes. Every night we had a ritual. We would go to sleep, his snoring woke me up, then I would poke him and say "Roll over please!" He stopped snoring when he was lying on his side.

I did not bother with my aunt snoring too. It only when we're in public place when we're in overnight train, sharing cabin with other female passenger, then it will be an issue. Not everyone can tolerate that. For me, her snoring vs train sound is equal, but seems others found it bothering them.
