How my dog spends his mornings

At 15 years old this goofball makes sure he's up and alert for when the kids walk by on their way to and from school. He's made a few friends (children that will wave at him).
He gets very upset with me if I happen to sleep in on a school day.
What are some goofy things your pets do?

My mom's pet dog would put his toys at my feet and would want to play catch with him. If I ignore him, he'd lick my toes.

I think toe licking is my least favorite thing about owning a dog.

My Danie loves children. But well, she couldn’t see any children from our window. She could only see our front yard and the gate of our house. She couldn’t see who passes by. But when we’re out at the mall, Danie would run to kiss children.
