This satire is of a high standard. And the satirist has quality. Sampat Saral speaks in Hindi. He is a man of literature, it shines out. By profession, he must be a college lecturer or at least a higher secondary school teacher. He makes me laugh and chuckle when I am down and have nothing to be happy about.
