It's called depression. Please seek professional help. Therapy and/or medication or both can help. I've been there and am recieving both right now. It really does help. It helps A LOT!! Don't be ashamed or embarassed, just get out and do it.

I would recommend going to see a doctor or getting some counseling...or both. Everybody gets depressed now and then...but if it doesn't go away then it is something more serious than just the blues. Medication and therapy can help and make a big difference in how you feel. You can also try some over the counter stuff like fish oil pills with omega 3(vitamin section)some say St John Worts help..but I have no proof of that. Still the best is to seek help..find the cause of why you are feeling so down. Good Luck..let us know if you need more help!

first you must find out what makes you the most unhappiest.is it a memory of a past time or is it the place you are in right now ? start off by thinking of little things that make you unhappy and try to do the opposite thing. start off small and that will keep you from gettting more depressed. find one thing you really love to do and focus on that. it will take time but it will slowly feel like it is all being lifted off your shoulders. and most of all stop putting it all on your hands to take care of.when it all feels to overwhelming stopstep back and think about a better way to approach the situation.
good luck and always look up when walking ahead.

I think you should seek some professional help before it gets any worse.

sometimes seeking help clouds your own thoughts of how to deal with it on your own. it might be alone time is what you need when you are seeking for help?

Me too.. Me too. Just hang in there. Things will get better. I am praying, and hoping I can find a way to earn money though here.. Because I can not live with the sarcasm, and treatment of my family. They don't see nothing wrong with it... Then they wonder why I rather avoid them and turn to the internet. Who here wants to spend time with people that do nothing but degrade them? Not me.. Not me... Only people who are good to me is Dad, and the children. I gotta hang in there and wait for better days. - DNatureofDTrain

LET YOUR LIFE BE GONE BY GONE. IGNORE WHAT EVER FRUSTATED YOUR MIND. KEEP YOUR MIND WITH SOME THING NEW. DO SOME THING WHATEVER, DON'T SIT AND THINK THAT MAKE YOU BORED. OR YOU LEARN HOW PRACTICE MEDITATING AT LEAST 10 MINUTES A DAY TO REFRESH YOUR MIND. THE MOST IMPORTANT IS TO KEEP YOUR MIND IN CENTRAL.

So we have to be happy till we are here try to make others happy. You will automatically become happy. always ask what can I do for you and do it if it is possible for you to do.

It would appear that you are suffering from depression. Go see a doctor as soon as you can. I've lived with depression for a long time, and it is something that can be controlled, with or without medication. Also try to find out what is causing this pain in your life, it is easier to deal with once you know what is causing you to feel like this. You can also try to find something that pleases you, whether it is reading, puzzles, photography, whatever and try to focus on this.
