My brother stayed in Norway for two years on his business trip. He loved the place and people there. It's supposed to be one of the safest country with very low crime rate.

@nicegolden Fierce crime can happen anywhere anytime. Today only I heard someone killing 5 people in Norway with arrows and bow. Many got injured. It's a gruesome cruel incident. But that is one standalone case. Overall, Norway is safe if we see the statistics.

@nicegolden I believe that it's also one of the more expensive countries to live in but, nevertheless, the standard of living is high and Norwegians generally earn well. The scenery is amazing with it's deep, glacier-cut valleys, many of them filled with sea water (fjords) and snowy mountains and forests. I have never been there but I have seen pictures, of course.

I am not sure about the crime, but it is a country that is very appealing.
