I keep getting many reminders about Cinnamon that would make us feel healthier. Have you tried this? I often add cinnamon and cocoa in my coffee.. Have you read about this combination? I prefer organic foods and am happy to find these products in my Local store..

I'll use it sometimes, but never read anything about health benifits.

@buenavida Well, a 'nature' doctor tends to recommend anything that isn't chimicles.

I read that cinnamon has a lot of benefits since I continuously self study natural alternative medicine. Yes but with anything too much outweighs benefits and could be counter productive. I love the smell, yes I had tried it on coffee and hot chocolate.

I have never tried cinnamon in coffee. Sounds interesting and worth trying to see if I like it. Cinnamon I've read is helpful in reducing blood pressure and contains antioxidants always a good disease preventer.
