Confusion

So I'm going out with a friend from school this afternoon after a long time. And yet I suddenly thought should I go or not? On the one hand, I want to meet them, but on the one hand I have to be saving because I'm getting broke and payday is a long way off. If I don't go will my friends be angry? What if you were in my shoes? What are you guys gonna do?

Put yourself first. Don't worry about what your friends think. If they are true friends, you'll be just fine. They'll understand. If not, they aren't really friends and you might reconsider your friendship with them. If they're hurt, that's on them, not you. Never you.

I would go but not not spend any money. See if they can pitch in and help you get dinner or a soda
