Why are there no new posts?

I have heard alot of people talking about new rules on here and I have been on for awhile and have not sen any new posts. Is there a reason? Are they stopping certain people from posting? I think people should be aloud to post whatever they want, if you find it boring or offensive don't read it. Especially if they are not getting paid for it.
