I have to get up now and hang the garments while the sun shines. I had a nice breakfast with scrambled eggs on small delicious bread that I still have since Alejandra came for tea. I am eating very small amounts of bread since I came back from Dixie´s house and the ketodiet. I did not want to be the only person eating bread whle they did not have any. But I still eat rice, pasta and potatoes at lunch. Only the quantities have changed. I hope I shed a couple of pounds in a few months. I´ll go now to check the whites. I started with the dark colors.
