Hi guys, Hope you all are doing good. I am doing good too. Today is Eid-E- Milad Festival of Muslims in India. This day, 19th October is celebrated as their Prophet Muhammad's Birthday. On this day, muslims visit mosques in the morning. After visiting mosque, they visit their relatives houses for wishing them. On this day, generally they wear white clothes. On this occassion, they generally make Chicken Biryani, Haleem ( which is one type of meat soup) and in dessert Shir Khurma. Shir Khurma is their famous dessert served cold as well as hot. It has vermicelli, Dryfruits, sugar and milk in it. It tastes very yummy. As the cases have eased in India, the temples are opened so this year people will be able to celebrate festivals by following the CoVid rules for sure. Share your thoughts about it. Have a good day. Take care!!!

There is a correction, it's not the festival of all Muslims, only minority people celebrate because this type of celebration is never taught by Prophet(SAW) himself.
