The orange jam for breakfast.

I usually have a cup of ccoffee earmy in the morning at have breahfast later.
But when I went to the kitchen today, the finished orange-carrot jam was calling me from the stove.
So I got out some bread to try a bit and it had turned out delicious. I am sorry that I did not make a bigger amount. This will not last long. On the other hand, if I had made too much, I would eat it alone by spoonfuls and then I would have to hide the scale for some time
Today I´ll wash the whites. I have them soaking since last night but I have to hang my clothes in the morning so that the sun dries them and irons them.

I like orange or lemon jam with Philadelphia cream cheese.

@marguicha I love lemon curd. I made a bread with lemon curd and poppy seeds a while ago and it was so good. I doubt healthy, but it was good.

I will. If it is not too good, I won´t eat it and if it is very good I´ll eat it in a couple of days
