Are those "hot" chili peppers? If so, I can't eat them. I really don't like pickles very much. I will drink the vinegar water from the pickles when I get cramps in my arms or legs, though.

@Vree0937 Vinegar in pickles has vinegar, water, salt and sugar in it. The potassium in vinegar is what is supposed to relieve cramps like that. You can also eat a banana and get relief from the cramps in legs and arms. Bananas are high in potassium. It takes longer if you eat the banana, though. (I make pickle vinegar without pickles in it to drink when I have cramps and keep a jar of it in our fridge.)

@DaddyEvil I always have vinegar and chili soaked in vineger. So I always have whole fresh chili, and it also less spicy as has vinegar in it. I am not sure if my stomach can handle vinegar to drink like that. But I did what I did for cramps legs as above. Someone in army told us.

Vinegar can help with cramps legs? I usually have cramps leg, especially if its traffic so much. WHat I do is to push thumb of leg of the cramps one with another feet. Thats help reduce the cramps and its pains @daddyevil

Crushing it might reduce the spiciness because what makes it spicy are the grains that are still intact.

@Andini I have never heard of chili pickle before. So I take it you do not make chili and add pickles to it? If I understood it more then maybe I could say what I think of it. Is it spicy and cannot think of the word how pickles taste?

Cut chilli is better in my opinion. It mixes well and it is wasted less .
