If your computer or laptop keep crashing do this

My HP laptop used to crash some times 5 times in one session . I decided to run software up dates and it is just miracle , it stopped crashing. The process could takes couple of hours but it is worthwhile .

You do know there are programs that will clean and update your laptop for you, right? You can even get a free version that works wonderfully.

I used and still using ever so often ccleaner free I am not sure if it helped any, if you have suggestions please let me know .Thanks in advance

I get messages every so often to update but always ignored it .The process could take few hours
