Do you have problem with body odor?

I never realize I have a strong body odor until running out of my deodorant. Looks like I'm addicted to deodorant. I have to put it on my armpits after showering every day. Otherwise, the body will smell again after an hour.
Now I'm trying to reduce the use of deodorant. I eat more fruits and vegetables, shower 2 times a day, and use alum in my armpits. They say alum is good to banish body odor.

I wear deodorant every day but I don't have a problem with body odour as a rule. I do live in the UK which is really quite cold at the moment but in the summer I sweat more. I imagine it must be harder to stay fresh in a hot country.

As I have read there are alot of factorsthat affects our body specially if our body is experiencing some changes in hormones . Sometimes the food that we eat plays a big role in our body. If you eat too much spicy food they say it can also affect body odor. What you are doing is right, showering or taking a bath and applying deo or alum is good. Also, remember to always wash dirty clothes with laundry soap and water and let it dry in the sun for germs and bacterias to vanish. Wearing clothes that are clean too helps in driving away body odors.
