It is Lap or Koi food (small sliced pork/beef/chicken cooked)with vegetable. but Mine is vegetarian food. it is healthy one.

hi Since I am in India, its hard to say which type of food would represent our country, as we all know India is rich in culture and traditions so i possibly cannot imagine that i could fit all the kinds of cuisine in this coloumn, you know being in India i have not got to taste the various dishes which represent various states and regions, the non indians tend to think indian food is just tandoori chicken and tikka masala but they are just the dishes from one state and a single community from India. I wish everbody could taste the various foods which are so healthy and affordable. You know its amazing the roti is considered to be eaten all over India but you know this dish is only popular in the northern states of India, the southern states eat rice and not roti a all. I wish some one could give me the perfect recipe for tandoori chicken

In America, judging from the number of fast food drive-thrus, hamburgers and french fries rule. I do not eat them because I am older and care about my health. I changed my way of looking at food years ago, so I do not care for fast foods now. Many Americans are health conscious so even the fast food restaurants have had to add healthy foods to their menus. They also offer salads and grilled chicken as healthy choices.

The most popular here is Hamburgers and fries. Every one eats them. That is the American way, I guess.
