I hope so because I have some questions. I am actually sort of new at it. In March 2020 my daughter was given one by someone and she liked it. She shared FaceTime with me of it. I liked it.
She found some kit's that were on sale and showed them to me and told me to pick out 3 of them to try. She ordered them for me as an early Mother's Day gift (in early May in the USA) and she specified that she wanted the round dots/diamonds.
They showed up as a belated birthday present after July 10th and they were square dots/diamonds instead. I found out why they were on sale........ none of the kits had all the dots/diamonds! So I have never been able to complete a picture.
Then I ordered a few pictures from Amazon (amazon.com) and a small light pad and some more tools. Two of the pictures are mean't as Christmas presents. These are round dot's/diamonds and I am almost done with the first one and it appears that I have enough to complete this one .
Do I just cut around the done picture when I finish? I am wondering will the glue dry up and the dos/diamonds start falling off? I got frames for them. I got the tool that you roll across it when it is done. Is there a glaze to put on it for extra safety?
Also what does the drill thing mean?
Help me please!

I do diamond painting. Drills are the diamonds. I use Modpodge to make the drills/diamonds stay on. I do cut the sides off, but some people have used washi tape, or even painted the edges. I also use poster board as a picture frame mat. If you live near a Hobby Lobby, they have diamonds you can get to be able to finish that one that didn't have enough diamonds. If not, you can use the extra drills/diamonds in the other kits you get. I am doing a diamond painting for my boyfriend for his birthday/Christmas present. I am almost through with it. Then I am starting on one for my best friend for hopefully her birthday. If you have any more questions, you can PM me.

Thanks a lot for the information. Which type of Modpodge do you use? The one that I am working on is a Christmas present and the one I have ready to start after that one is also a Christmas present. I have already got frames for them, so should I still us poster board too? I had planned to use and extra's on the first 3 that I got but as I said my daughter ordered them to be round diamonds but they came as square ones. The pictures that I am doing now have round diamonds. There is a Hobby Lobby about 3 miles from me. But I heard dearing the begining of the pandemic that it was going to close down. I did see someone on Etsy sells them. I will have to check on that after Christmas because I am too busy right now with the ones I am and will be working on.

@dfollin I use Modpodge Gloss. I had seen a video on youtube where you can dilute the Modpodge with water and you brush it on in sections. It helps with not losing the sparkle of the diamonds. If you want a picture frame mat, you can use poster board. I just glue the canvas on the poster board after I cut the edges off. When I started diamond painting, I wanted a picture frame mat, but I didn't want to spend the money on a mat so I saw a youtube video of a woman saying you could use cardstock as picture frame mat, or even poster board.

@JESSY3236 Wonder if you water it down to keep the sparkle will it still seal well. These 2 pictures I am going to have to put in frames and probably mail. They live about an hour and a half from me, but I don't have a car,lol
