How to deal Anxiety Disorder without Medicine ?

In Modern days we can avoid anxiety and if it continued for longer time it may lead to racing heart,sweating,and dry mouth.Very simple ways of dealing with anxiety are as follows
-Eat healthy.Follow healthy diet.
- Cut smoking, drinking.and caffeine.
- Caffeine and nicotine both worsen the anxiety disorder.
-Exercise regularly.
- Relaxation exercises.
-Talk to someone very close to you. I invite myLotter kindly advise non medicinal ways to deal with anxiety.

I would give two that tops my list... Keep you goals and expectations realistic and spend some time daily to do things that makes you happy and relaxed. So pursue hobbies.
And ofcourse exercise and good company helps.

That’s not how anxiety disorder work, it’s not about food or diet. It depends on what your triggers are. Some are easy to avoid and others are not. It’s also genetic for a lot of people they need ani anxiety meds to help regulate the hormones that can lead you j to an anxiety attack. Some people can do breathing things to help center them but it’s not for everyone: that’s why it’s important if you have anxiety disorder to see your doctors regular and talk and what will be best for you.
