can an exam of 1 -2 hour duration or an interview for that matter ..... can it measure us

then how do u think ... an evaluation of the persons' skill level will happen ??????????? ... i think it is the most effiecient way to check it !!

exams are just a formality .. it doesnt measure any amount of intelligence of an individual. it just measures a persons ability to mug up stuff and reproduce it at the examination hall!! nothing more..
