Diet? Lol

I don't know what kind of diet I should follow.... For months I've been trying to avoid rice and once a while breads too. But then, when I am left with no choice to eat rice, I do, but usually just a 1/2cup or quarter.... Still its rice. But, I really want to try no carbs but since my sister have sent so much brea8, I have to since it's just me and mom at home. Mom is also not a heavy eater. Imagine, we still have 3boxea of bread rolls in the freezer, usually there in a box there's 12-16rolls. I also have a pack of 3pcs of ciabata bread in the freezer too. Then I have a container that is packed with cheese sticks. Im trying to cut off carbohydrates and do intermittent fasting. I've been trying to eat thrice a day no in betweens. Then, my last meal have been before 5pm. I'm now planning to try eating twice a day... Mmmm... Could I do that. To add to that diet, I'm trying to go back doing aero/gym/yoga. Sometimes my workout is good and sometimes I'm bored... Lol. Atleast I'm admitting it, yea ita a ba habit. By the way, I've been avoiding red meats too. I may sometimes take a spoon if I've no choice. But usually I don't really try. That is real seldom. Im thinking of the best way to lose... Lastly, I'm thinking of trying liquid diet for a week.. Mmmm... Im thinking now, what should I do... What do you do...

I have to cut back eating sugar due to health reasons and drink more water.

I cut down on sugar s too because I'm starting to be diabetic but so far it's on coftrol. And yes I try to drink 2-3L of water a day. I also try to take green tea. I try to avoid sweets. We have so much biscuits anc chocolate cakes and ice-creams. But I'm trying to control myself. I take a bite on the oatmea cookies but I've stopped eating cakes. Sometimes, if it's chocolate ice-cream, I could refuse it but I get tempted if it's vanilla or pistachio. Lol

You are not alone in this journey. I am struggling in my diet and exercise as well it really takes a lot of discipline to do this

Nope. I don't have a big bone structure.... Lol I just love to eat. Hahaha... I'm trying to cut down on sugar but I get tempted. I take a small bite but I don't eat the whole thing. I usually take my sugar test so I keep watch on my sugar. I see to it I don't get more than 110. I'm happy when I stay up to 95.

I can not do diet, there's a dragon inside my stomach that will roar if I eat less. The only moment I did not eat a lot, is when the dragon feel sick So relax dear, we just enjoy our meal and balance with exercise or working :-D

I know the feeling.... Lol I use to have Ana conda in my stomach but now they are also on a diet... Soon they'll turn out to be a earthworm... Hahaha... Goodluck on my diet... It's gonna be a die yet.... Lol
