Just drink Only Water

Since 2018 I have stopped consuming bottled sweet drinks, such as soda, softdrinks or something else.
Then for body sugar intake, I prefer fruit or honey. And still drink more water.
Since then in a few months I have felt very fit, my skin began to look brighter and tighter. Although it's going to pee a lot. But it's okay, it's not that serious. Though sometimes I get annoyed when I go to the bathroom more. And yet it's all for my own good.
But for a healthy body it also needs exercise, well I am a bit lazy to do it but at least for a week sometimes only twice. Hahaha...
And keep in mind once again,
what we consume what we do today is bound to affect when we're older, which is why I love my body so much.

I drink bottled water, but nothing added to it and certainly no sugar.

Yes, I completely agree with you, what we eat and drink affects us when we’re older. So, it’s important to eat health, and have good amounts of water. I have seen a lot of videos about the effect of soda, and soft drinks, and when people quit drinking them and go for water instead, their skin looks brighter. Exercise helps your body metabolize things better and has many other benefits. Do you recommend jogging or running for exercise ? Have a great day. Welcome to mylot.

I have a Britta filter in the fridge and drink mostly only water.

Three years of stopping drinking soda drinks, softdrinks. That's long and you're now used to it.
Keep it up for it's good for your body and health.
It's good if you drink water 8 glasses a day and also do some exercises

Yes, drinking water is very good for the body. I drink mostly water and herbal tea. But I also have to go to the bathroom a LOT! It's good though because that helps get all of the impurities out of our bodies. But it can also be annoying to spend so much time going to the bathroom!!!
