I find that higher the standard the child is in lesser the strain in teaching.
Teaching these nursery kids is most strenuous for me.
Teaching secondary and higher secondary students is a pleasure..
I am not a teacher in a regular school. I teach children of our Foster Home. I need to adjust my level and speed to help the learner before me. That is a challenge I face everytime a student comes to me.
What are the challenges you face in your job?

It takes alot of energy to teach young kids. You are really more of a caretaker to them than anything else.

When I was working..the only challenge I faced was customers and their moods.
You are in a great profession and do so much. More power to you.

Teaching provides challenges at all levels just different ones. I definitely understand the difficulty with teaching young ones as they have not developed their attention span fully yet. I think keeping them interested and engaged is the best approach whether young or older.

Bravo on your teaching. Especially in more impoverished countries it is vital to have a good education.

You are so right. Education can make these children's future better.
