Last nite was halloween night.
We did not celebrate this festive unless for small community that ussd or have family in US. That community are having parth last night until pass midnite. Thats agains goverment curfew night during this pandemic, so that officer must come and asked them to leave immediately.
There, we can see that these young people are gathering without masks and in occupancy over than 50%. They're forgetting that Covid 19 is still live among us.

Yeah people need to be careful but if do it smart can still have fun. Love the picture that is scary.
