So far, I've seen about 50 planes fly over the sky. Some of them are Zeros. Old war planes that are all going out to the Executive Airport, formerly Redbird Airport, in Dallas, Texas, for the annual Air Show.
I thought it was an invastion but nah, just some fancy flyers wanting to show off their clever flying acrobatic skills. The three Zeros were in formation, 3 in the front and another 3 in the rear, in a triangular formation, similar to migrating birds actually.
The sky is clear and it's a good day for an air show. But I am waiting for a friend to come by so he can talk to me on the porch and smoke his cigar and we can talk and watch the traffic.

I have the same thoughts when there is an air show in the Lake Charles area or when the air raid siren goes off on Monday afternoons.

@Deepizzaguy (56453) Oh I hate those air raid sirens like tornado sirens, scare the hell out of me. That is about the only thing on this earth that does other than women. Come on buddy that was funny.

@lookatdesktop Thanks, I been meaning to come back to this but kept getting sidetracked. I will definitely stop by and check that out buddy, sounds cool. No snobs there right? Did you see how I left a punk group because admin was a bunch of punk snobs. I do not do that often or ever. Love the music, hate the fans motto still stands.

@RebeccasFarm Well, the one YouTube I hang out the most with is called Environmental Coffeehouse. If you type that in you will see a picture of the earth with colorful leaves around it. The reason I go there most often is because they discuss global climate change and how to make the earth better by finding solutions on mitigating the damage already done by careless people who don't care about saving the environment. Lots of good material on that show. They do lots of live shows about once a week. I only participate in chat, but I learn a lot.
Environmental CoffeeHouse is a clearinghouse for all things under the environmental umbrella. There is a wide variety of information under that umbrella, from scientific data showing the demise of the human species to climate change deniers who feel that h

Have you ever been to an air show? They are really awesome to see. Hope you are doing fine. Do you watch The Late Show, with Stephen Colbert? I think about you when he makes jokes, because he reminds me of you for your keen sense of humor.

Well, my friend is a Vietnam Combat Vet. He knows a lot about planes. His brother does too. I once had a Time-Life Book called 100 years of Aviation. My step son took it home and I never got it back, but I was, at the time learning all about war planes from the beginning to the present. I think that if my friend says they were Zeros, they were, but I can not give you any details. He wanted to take a pic of them but he didn't have time to grab a camera when they passed overhead.
