Little progress today

I ran even though I didn't want to. This morning I felt drained, and I had no motivation to do anything. I try to run on a Monday-Wednesday-Friday schedule, but it's hard for me to concentrate on working out in the morning. I had decided not to go running anymore even though I used to like to do so. Fortunately, I watched a YouTube video about how to accomplish things, so that gave me enough motivation to put on my shoes and go outside. I have been running for a while now, and I feel great when I get back. I ran fast enough to get my heart pumping and sweaty, but not so hard that I felt breathless. I felt energized and excited to pursue the rest of my day.

I feel motivated from youtube but only to create more videos. Sometimes I feel drained so I have to take a day off

I envy people who can exercise even though it gets a little hard . Just continue doing what you love even if there are lazy times it will pay out in the end.

Is that where you ran in the picture? Are you a student athlete?

I wish I could get motivated to run but I never really liked it until I joined the Army and achieved my first "Runners High. That was so great but now that I'm older after knee surgery I can't make it far enough to get that "Runners High" again. I still run a little bit but now go to the gym for my workouts. I just broke my right ankle a little while ago and am in a cast and won't be able to go to the gym for quite a while. After not being there for a long time once the cast comes off it's gonna be really hard to get motivated to go back

At least you go out. When I get home from work every day, I lie in bed most of the time. In the morning, I get up 20 minutes before I go out, put on my clothes, brush my teeth, wash my face, go to the bathroom as soon as possible, and then rush out of the house to work.
